Senior Investment Sales Advisor


Sands Investment Group (SIG), one of the nation's fastest growing real estate firms as named by RE Forum, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Investment Sales Advisor to join our dynamic and collaborative company.

Successful Candidates Will:

  • Have a desire to coach, manage, and mentor a team of junior brokers.
  • Be motivated by a 100% commission-based role.
  • At least three years of experience in Investment Sales with a proven track record; ideal candidates will have closed over $1 million in career GCI.
  • Be forward-thinking and entrepreneurial-minded experts in problem-solving and negotiations with a knack for winning over clients.
  • Have a team-oriented mindset.
  • Collaborate with other brokers in-office and across other SIG offices as well as support staff to ensure success across all levels of the business.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update the dashboard in our CRM (pipeline of deals in progress) and review with the Managing Director on a weekly basis.
  2. Update and maintain contacts and call notes in CRM daily.
  3. Make an agreed upon number of lead-generating calls per week, as determined by the Managing Director.
  4. Oversee all cycles of your deal pipeline. Including but not limited to: leads, proposals, listings, marketing, offers, PSAs, due diligence, escrow, and closings.
  5. Interface with clients clearly and effectively via phone calls, in-person meetings and email.
  6. Send marketing update letters for ALL listings (including comps) and additional opportunities to service clients every week (bi-weekly at minimum).
  7. Work with the marketing team to create and finalize OMs.
  8. Communicate with the marketing and operations team throughout the deal process.
  9. Attend 5 networking conferences per year (including mandatory attendance at ICSC Vegas).
  10. Attend weekly mandatory SIG company meetings.
  11. Generate all necessary deal-related documentation using SIG-provided templates (proposals, LOIs, listing agreements, amendments, etc.)
