IT go manager control of end users technology. Hybrid with a lot of desktop support over tier 2. Must be very Hands on. Work stations. They have a team. This team put in rack and installation.
Mostly Microsoft cloud based technology. Office 365, share point online, in tune,
Must have ticketing systems and end point management experience. Manage engine is ticketing system. Doesn’t matter which one but a plus.
This is a working manager role. Will step In when team is struggling with advanced tickets or if too many. Manager and team lead (expert on team). Usually have the manager role experience bc of reviews. Approving pros pursuing equipment. Managing inventory. He wants them to do Trending: look at tickets and kpis and measuring them. Help him put together kpis and monitor. Ideal if they have done this before.
2-3 years as a manager
Team: 6 ppl with one opening.
2 experienced and 3 are brand new to IT. Mostly green team. Show them how to do the job.
Top 3: must be good at motivating ppl, instill level of comfort in user base/ppl they support, must be technically proficient and problem solve/ find that one little thing that is causing the problem, realistic leader and flexible
Plantation 100% and remote when needed here and there for doctor appointments etc
