This position will provide subject matter expertise, architecture, and operational support for all IT Infrastructure Enterprise Applications including:

Exchange / SharePoint / Zoom / O365

Experience/Skill Requirements:

  • 8 + years of experience with application architecture, implementation, and support including 5+ years of SharePoint Administration and SharePoint Online preferred
  • Motivated self-starter who can lead by example and break down complex problems to find resolutions quickly
  • Enterprise Application Selection Recommendations & Reviews
  • Enterprise Application POC & Implementation
  • Enterprise Level Application Design & Configuration
  • Enterprise Application Integration
  • Tier 3 Enterprise Application Support
  • Enterprise Application Project-Related Services
  • Proven experience in performing application analysis, procedure analysis, and problem resolution
  • Strong knowledge of information systems/healthcare concepts and terminology
  • Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to translate defined system requirements into technology solutions
  • Proven knowledge in working with a wide variety of healthcare applications and supporting technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical personnel
  • Requires good interpersonal skills, the ability to function in a fast-paced, short-deadline environment, and the ability to come up with innovative cost-effective solutions
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and deliver solutions timely
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; skilled communicator comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
