Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Treatment Coordinator at Desert Lake Family Dentistry in Avondale, Arizona. The Dental Treatment Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing treatment plans for patients, assisting with insurance claims and billing, providing exceptional customer service to patients, and ensuring effective communication between the dental team and patients.

Qualifications
  • Treatment Planning and Dental Care knowledge
  • Experience in handling insurance claims and billing
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in dental office software and technology
