LiDAR Sales & Support Engineer – West Coast

A couple of the responsibilities for the position:

  • Responsible for management of sales and sales activities in the West Coast region
  • Developing new business opportunities and applications for the West Coast
  • Hardware and software trainer for all scanner divisions
  • Responsible for successfully assisting customers via e-mail or over the phone and generating, solving, and closing support cases for customers on business hours and established weekend hours.


You’ll be a great fit if…

You have knowledge and/or experience with LiDAR scanners. You are a quick learner. You have excellent communication skills, especially when communicating with customers. You have the “Triple A” of soft skills: Adaptability, Attitude, and Aptitude.

What we need from you…

  • BA/BS in an Engineering discipline including but not limited to Aerospace, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical engineering
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent work habits, including a willingness to work the hours necessary to meet all department deadlines
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite with expert Excel skills, Adobe Suite, Internet, and web programming.
  • Experience with GPS surveying, GIS, remote sensing an asset
  • 50% travel required
