Job Description:

A leading Biotech company are actively seeking a motivated candidate to fill their Quality Control Research Associate II opportunity. This is an initial 6-month contract, with opportunity to extend or convert to FTE. This is an on-site role based out of Santa Monica, CA. Salary range of $27-32/hour depending on experience.


Requirements:

  • BS/BA in a scientific discipline (Chemistry/ Biology/ Microbiology/ Biochemistry or similar).
  • 2+ years’ experience conducting Quality Control Analytical testing (e.g., ELISA, Flow Cytometry, PCR) in a GMP environment.
  • Experience performing reviews of assays and maintain laboratory in a state of compliance.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct non-routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished product samples.
  • Troubleshoot instrumentation and test methods.
  • Assists in the training of QC staff as needed.
