With a strong portfolio and nationwide expansion, they’re offering ambitious sales professionals the chance to step into a consultative role that blends practice growth with better patient outcomes.As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll manage a territory, partnering directly with eye care providers and staff. From in-office training and education to territory development and industry events, you’ll be driving both business growth and patient impact. Unlike pharma, this is a true consultative sale—no insurance paperwork, just meaningful partnerships that deliver results.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree preferred3–5 years of outside sales experience within the optometry or ophthalmic industryDemonstrated hunter mentality and proven success growing a territoryStrong communication and presentation skills, in-person and virtualTech savvy (CRM, MS Office, analytics tools)Valid driver’s license; able to travel regionally with limited overnightsBENEFITS & COMPENSATION$80K-$85K base + $40k OTE variable, uncappedFull benefits package + 401k matchMileage reimbursement + cell allowanceRemote role with limited overnight travel
