Headquartered in Arlington, Texas, PRC structures financing solutions for commercial and multifamily developments nationwide, combining institutional capital expertise with hands-on advisory services.Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and analytical Loan Analyst to join our commercial real estate finance and advisory team.This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with an Associate Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, who are eager to build a career in loan analysis, underwriting, and bond financing evaluation.The Loan Analyst will support senior underwriters in analyzing, structuring, and processing commercial real estate loan transactions—including taxable and non-taxable bond financing structures used for development projects.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze financial statements, rent rolls, budgets, and borrower financials.Assist in underwriting commercial loan requests and evaluating borrower creditworthiness.Perform bond financing analysis, including debt sizing, coverage ratios, stress testing, and feasibility metrics for both taxable and tax-exempt bond structures.Support preparation of credit memoranda, investment summaries, and loan committee packages.Conduct market research and comparable property analysis to support underwriting assumptions.Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.Track loan pipelines, assist in due diligence coordination, and support transaction closings.Learn PRC’s proprietary loan and bond underwriting models; participate in credit discussions and deal strategy meetings.QualificationsAssociate Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field (required).Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.Interest or foundational knowledge in bond financing, structured debt, or capital markets preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to learn financial modeling techniques.High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Self-starter with eagerness and aptitude to learn the commercial lending and bond-financing process.Why Join PRCDirect exposure to commercial real estate underwriting and bond financing analysis.Hands-on experience with taxable and tax-exempt financing instruments.Mentorship from senior executives and exposure to sophisticated capital structures.Growth-oriented environment with clear advancement opportunities.Competitive compensation and professional development support.
