Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level Power Platform Developer, you will play a critical role in the migration of our existing systems to the Microsoft Power Platform. You will work closely with our project managers, business analysts, and other developers to design, develop, and implement solutions that improve our workflows and data management. Your expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI will be essential to the success of this migration project.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Develop and customize Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI reports to meet project requirements and business needs.
  • Migration Tasks: Assist in migrating data and workflows from legacy systems to the Power Platform, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.
  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current system architecture and design solutions for integration and optimization within the Power Platform.
  • Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet specifications and perform as expected. Resolve any issues or bugs that arise.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all developed solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and deployment instructions.
  • Support and Training: Provide support to end-users and train them on new applications and processes. Address any issues or feedback in a timely manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices. Propose and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies. Experience with SharePoint, SQL Server, and Azure services is a plus.
  • Project Experience: Previous experience with migration projects or similar large-scale implementations is highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Power Platform certification (e.g., PL-100, PL-200).
  • Experience with API integrations and custom connectors.
  • Knowledge of coding languages such as JavaScript, C#, or SQL.
