We are seeking a goal-oriented ML Research Engineer with a strong focus on evaluations and models. The ideal candidate is ready to push their creativity to great lengths, bringing innovative ML applications to life.


  • We are looking for a Machine Learning Research Engineer to help deliver robust solutions that will ensure safe, secure, trustworthy AI.
  • You will build and refine the training and evaluation pipelines to enhance security in AI models through anomaly detections, continuous monitoring, and safety evaluations.
  • You will join an ambitious, organized, and collaborative team in a unique position to integrate the latest innovations from the ML community and work on features that reach everyday users, including your family and friends



Key Responsibility:


Engage in extensive independent research

Develop and optimize ML models using Python and libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and similar tools.

Ensure ML applications are scalable and production-ready.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Research and apply cutting-edge approaches to projects and applications


Preferred Experience:


Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex,

Experience with RAG and Semantic Similarity

Experience deploying ML models and LLM inferencing engines like Llama.cpp, VLLM, and Ollama.

Experience working on research-driven solutions


Qualifications:


Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field

4+ years of Python development experience

2+ years in ML/AI.

Proficient with Python and ML libraries, frameworks, and deployment tools.

Strong background in Statistics

Experience in developing machine learning algorithms

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or other ML frameworks

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
