This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive international company and spearhead the implementation, strategy, and roadmap for our global Boomi iPaaS platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Architect, Lead, and SME for implementing Boomi and spearheading the strategy and roadmap for our global integration platform, focusing on standardizing customer integrations, constructing partner landscapes to bolster efficiency, and ensuring smooth integration processes.
• Hands-on development, deployment, and maintaining integrations internally and with external partners using Boomi.
• Provide visionary leadership in the development and execution of enterprise integration platform strategies, aligning closely with organizational goals and objectives.
• Define and architect future integration models, leveraging emerging technologies and industry best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve integration methodologies to stay ahead of market trends and customer demands.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and drive continuous functionality and service delivery improvement.
• Develop integration platform roadmaps, and oversee the end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and successful delivery of enterprise systems implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify and onboard strategic integration partners to build our partner ecosystem and enhance solution offerings.
• Supervise a team of experts in requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and integration platform support.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team, nurturing talent and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
• Drive governance processes, roadmap exercises, and resource planning to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and efficient resource utilization.
• Serve as a high-level escalation point for troubleshooting and incident response, ensuring timely resolution and post-incident analysis.
• Manage Total Cost of Ownership, vendor contracts, and relationships.
• Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership and business stakeholders on the integration platform's product roadmaps, project delivery, and service performance.
• Adhere to technical standards, security protocols, and data privacy regulations, enforcing best practices to maximize system uptime and reliability.

This is a direct-hire position. After 30 days, you can telecommute 2 to 3 days a week. Our office is located in the Sandy Springs / Dunwoody area. The excellent work environment includes flex hours, an on-site gym, a game room, and a top-notch restaurant.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 3+ years of Boomi Architect & Lead experience, including implementation, deployment, platform management, and digital transformation initiatives in a global environment
• Boomi SME with hands-on configuration, connections, and integration
• Integration Technologies (API, EDI, Web Services)
• Reporting and Advanced Analytics
• Experience working with globally dispersed teams
• Consultative personality with mentoring skills
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in managing technical and administrative resources while effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Stable job record
