Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Hispanic Outreach Director. As an Outreach Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing community outreach initiatives. This includes strategic planning, conducting research, managing budgets, and building relationships with various stakeholders to foster political collaboration and engagement. You will play a vital role in shaping the political landscape and creating meaningful connections between candidates, organizations, and communities.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in strategic planning and executing outreach programs
  • Proficiency in conducting research and analyzing data
  • Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
  • Demonstrated experience in community outreach and engagement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in the political field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Political Science or Communications
