Position Overview:


Are you passionate about live events and the entertainment industry? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, a self-starter, and eager to collaborate on marketing projects. This role involves working closely with the Marketing Team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, particularly for live events through social media platforms.


Responsibilities:


  • Digital Asset Management: Assist in organizing and maintaining digital assets to support marketing efforts.
  • Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning, executing, and evaluating digital marketing campaigns for events across multiple venues.
  • Market Research: Research to gather insights and generate innovative marketing content ideas.
  • Administrative Support: Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation and coordination of the marketing department’s activities.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with various marketing duties, including social media management and campaign execution.
  • Reporting: Create and manage reports to track and analyze marketing activities and performance.
  • Strategy Development: Support the Marketing Team in developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Learning & Development: Gain experience with various digital marketing software and tools.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare, format, and edit documents as needed.
  • Client Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of our clients and brands to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
  • General Office Duties: Perform office tasks as required.


Qualifications:


·     Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·     Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·     High attention to detail and accuracy.

·     Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

·     Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

·     Experience in digital marketing or a related field is preferred.

·     Previous administrative support experience is beneficial; experience in communications, marketing, public relations, education, or graphic design is a plus.

·     Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Photoshop) is an advantage.
