The Sterling Group offers W2 employee positions, and benefits includes paid time off, health insurance, 401k with matching, and training reimbursement. Therapists are compensated based on billable hours and admin time, with a full-time position (25+ weekly sessions) earning more than $100,000 per year. We are looking for full-time therapists and offer the flexibility to make your own schedule and work with the clients you want to see.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to young adults
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 weekly sessions
  • Complete timely documentation and maintain schedule in practice's EHR
  • Coordinate care with clients' other providers as needed
  • Participate in weekly individual supervision and monthly group consultations


Qualifications:

  • Master or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related discipline
  • Active clinical license (LICSW, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LPC, LGPC, LGSW, LMHC or equivalent) in DC
  • Licensure in additional states (VA, MD) preferred
  • Availability for a minimum of 25 client sessions per week, with a minimum of 4 days per week on-site at our DC office
  • Desire to work as part of a collaborative, supportive team
  • 1+ years experience in private practice setting and/or providing individual therapy to young adults strongly preferred
