We are seeking an Accreditation Specialist to join our association/non-profit client on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate will start during the first week of June and work a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accreditation process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The dress code for this position is business casual/professional. This is a hybrid position located in Rosemont, IL.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in educational programming
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred
  • Software: Intermediate/Advanced MS Office skills, with the ability to convert raw data in Excel into charts/graphs
  • Experience writing professional documents

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on accreditation standards and procedures, offers assistance and advice
  • Process accreditation applications, conducts reviews, and communicates with programs
  • Analyze accreditation materials submitted by programs
  • Manage COA Committees/Task Forces, including meeting logistics
  • Prepare and distribute correspondences and evaluation results
