Theoris Service is working with our client to find an individual to work as a Security/Vulnerability Coordinator. This individual will help in the coordination of reporting data, plans and efforts to remediate security vulnerabilities. This person will receive security vulnerability scan information and manage working with app dev team and infrastructure teams on their plan to result. You would be responsible for classifying the vulnerabilities (high/med/low) and build reporting process for escalation. This individual will report to leadership and provide vulnerability status and reports to leadership with the use of Excel, and PowerBI to ensure companies SLA's are being met.


Requirements


  • Must be able to work onsite in Fishers Indiana ( 4 days aweek)
  • Must be able to pass a federal 6C Clearnace
  • US Citizen or Greencard Holder ( NO Corp to Corp)
  • Clear communicator
  • Project Coordination experience
  • Experinece working within IT and understands applications, storage and security
  • Experience with reading vulnerability scans
  • Ability to work with Exel for data ingetsion, querying, pivot tables, data analysis
  • Data Analysis Experience
  • Experience with PowerBI or other visualization tools
  • Experience with Service now
  • Experience with tracking and logging vulnerabilities
  • Experience working corss functionally
  • Driven, and motivated, comfortable with setting deadlines and expectations.
  • Ability to work work with key technical people


Responsibilities

  • Read and analyize Vulnerability scans
  • Catagorize the levels of found vulnerabilities and work with Application development teams to ensure proper remediation.
  • Track vulnerability efforts
  • Data Analysist, validation, date ingestion
  • Create and provide reporting with the use of PowerBI
  • Conduct regular meetings with app owners/technology owners reviewing vulnerabitities and their aging and which might miss an sla's.
  • Tracking teams plan for resolving vulnerabilities and their remediation efforts and plans.
  • Data aggregation for leadership on regular basis. Leadership wants context around outstanding vulnerabilities, which don't have a plan, why? context around numbers and they he need to focus their efforts.
