Insight Global is hiring a variety of roles out of Grand Rapids, MI in support of our client, who is seeking candidates to support a customer whose mission is to serve the backlog of nearly 75,000+ Refugee children that are in federal custody centers. We're making placements for over 200+ openings covering a variety of positions across the United States – i.e. to be the first to welcome unaccompanied refugees and immigrant children when arriving to the Office of Refugee Resettlement.


Job Titles: Senior Case Managers/Clinicians, Case Managers/Clinicians, Teachers, and Case Aides.

Location: Grand Rapids, MI - Other locations listed below.

Salary Range: $30-80,000/yearly

Interview Process: 1 and Done Interview

Employment Type: Direct Placement


Sr. Case Managers/Clinicians & Therapists -

  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or other relevant behavioral science area from an accredited college
  • Licensed in at least one of the following: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC
  • 1-3 years' clinical and/or hands-on experience


Case Managers/Clinicians-

  • Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Human Services, or a Social Services field from an accredited college
  • 1-3 years’ prior case management and/or demonstrated clinical, therapy, or crisis intervention skills
  • Eligible for licensure for at least one of the following: LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC


Teachers-

  • Bachelor's level degree in a related field of study from an accredited college
  • Active certification by the relevant governing authority, Teaching English as a Second Language/Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages certification, etc.
  • 2 years of experience working in a similar role.


Case Aides-

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have baseline experience in child welfare – i.e. church, daycare, babysitter, etc.


Pay/Benefits-

  • Salaries range from $30k-$80k (dependent on location, position, and labor category)
  • Sign-on bonuses offered up to $3,000 (dependent on location, position, and labor category)
