As a Process Technician at Amphenol Industrial Operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of machinery and equipment, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to process improvements to meet our production goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Operate, monitor, and control production machinery and equipment to maintain efficient and safe manufacturing processes
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, including efficiency, yield and quality enhancements
  • conduct time studies to analyze and document the time required to complete specific tasks, processes, or production cycles
  • identify machine faults and production rate errors
  • Monitor and maintain product quality by conducting regular checks and inspections, adjusting processes as needed to meet quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records, log process data, and generate reports related to equipment performance, production output and quality control
  • Adhere to and enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment


Education/Experience


  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred
  • 1 or more years of experience as a Process Technician in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
