Job Title: Formulation Scientist – Skin HealthDuration: 10-Month ContractWork Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PMLocations: Skillman, NJ 08558 (4 days/week) / Summit, NJ 07901(1 day/week; may fluctuate based on business needs)Experience Required:2 to 4 years of formulation experience (mandatory)Education:Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) requiredKey Responsibilities:Develop and optimize new product formulations and manufacturing processes.Perform laboratory testing, evaluations, and multiple formulation iterations (batching).Conduct stability studies to ensure technical accuracy and product performance.Maintain accurate and detailed documentation throughout the product development lifecycle.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Manage timelines efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communicate findings, progress, and challenges clearly and professionally.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong formulation experience (required)Background in Consumer Products, preferably Skin HealthExcellent time management and organizational skillsHigh attention to detailStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
