We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join our manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City.This is an On Site role responsible for partnering with production leadership and completing HR work in support of the daily operations of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is collaborative and appreciative of the importance of company culture in support of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will support Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives, maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.Candidates must be Bi-lingual, able to speak Spanish and English. ResponsibilitiesPartner with the HR corporate team in AZ for alignment of HR practices nationwide. Ensuring compliance of all HR current policies and procedures Building and fostering a culture in support of our company values; Care, Commitment & CuriosityRecruit, Interview and hire production rolesWorking with the team to oversee the hiring and onboarding processes for all company employeesManaging onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, the business, internal procedures, and regulationsScheduling employee training and continued learningGenerating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and employee communicationsMaintaining electronic files for employee documents, benefits, and attendance recordsExecuting employee engagement plans and initiating activities within budgetSupporting the bi annual review processAddressing employee concerns collaboratively with the HR team at headquarters in Phoenix, AZReview employee feedback, strategize about HR programs to benefit workplace culture and enable employee development and growthRequirements3+ years of human resources professional experienceBi-lingual, Spanish speaking requiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of HR administrative tasks and responsibilities including payroll (ADP knowledge a plus)Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources softwareProblem-solving skills and resourceful thinkingLeadership and coaching skillsStrong empathy and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompetitive parental leave policy for qualifying employees401(k) program with matching3Z Brands has institutional backing as well as deep DTC and manufacturing capabilities.
