Base Salary: $100K-$145K

As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to join our growing team in Dallas.


Position Overview:

As the Superintendent specializing in data center construction, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all on-site activities related to the construction of data centers in the Dallas area. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong background in data center construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day on-site operations of data center construction projects in Dallas, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring they deliver work according to project specifications and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff, including foremen, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and as-built drawings.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to safety, quality control, and project management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on data center projects.
  • Proven track record as a Superintendent on large-scale data center construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards relevant to data center construction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid) and MS Office Suite.
