Easy Does It Drywall, Inc. is a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) specializing in full-service commercial drywall services since 1994. With over 60 employees, we focus on Public Works Projects, including schools, municipal buildings, and military facilities. Our services include installation of metal studs, drywall, acoustical ceilings, and specialty items.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Jobsite Foreman located within a two hour radius of Mechanicsburg, PA. The Jobsite Foreman will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily activities on the construction site, overseeing heavy equipment operations, communicating with team members, performing carpentry tasks, and ensuring maintenance of equipment and tools.


Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Communication
  • Experience with Heavy Equipment operations
  • Commercial Carpentry skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • OSHA certification is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction management are beneficial


Compensation

Prevailing wages plus an additional $2.00/hr
