Calculated Hire is seeking a Content Designer to join a team supporting a dynamic enterprise client This is a unique opportunity to blend your copywriting and design skills to craft compelling digital experiences that engage customers and reinforce brand leadership.


This role emphasizes creativity over technical expertise—perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience and a portfolio of standout email campaigns for enterprise brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing specialists to create engaging email content for customer communications.
  • Write compelling copy while ensuring alignment with brand style guides.
  • Utilize tools like Stripo or other WYSIWYG email builders to design templates.
  • Apply knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and HTML to optimize email campaigns.
  • Incorporate feedback from various content reviewers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in content design or related roles.
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional email campaigns and creative copywriting.
  • Proficiency with Stripo or similar email design tools.
  • Strong design acumen with attention to branding and usability.
  • Experience working within enterprise-scale email workflows and project management frameworks like Agile/Scrum.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and HTML

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and journey orchestration.
  • Basic understanding of HTML for email optimization.
