Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Center System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of our data center environments. This role involves managing servers, network infrastructure, monitoring systems, and ensuring the seamless operation of all data center activities. Experience with Azure, networking, and data center management is essential.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in data center administration, system administration, or a related role.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
  • Proficiency in networking technologies and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
  • Experience with monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)).
  • Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation.
