Our client, a leading law firm with a robust Business Litigation Practice Group, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and complex business disputes for a wide array of high-profile clients.


Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your extensive trial experience to support a dynamic team of partners. You will be integral in preparing cases for trial, working closely with clients in various industries including hospitality, real estate, construction, and Fortune 500 companies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Preparation: Prepare and manage cases for trial, ensuring all aspects of the litigation process are thoroughly addressed.
  • Client Representation: Represent clients in complex business disputes, delivering strategic and effective legal solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with partners and team members to develop case strategies and prepare legal documentation.
  • Research & Writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft persuasive motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Court Presence: Be comfortable and effective in court, representing clients confidently and skillfully.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in business litigation with proven trial experience.
  • Academic Credentials: Top academic credentials and a strong background in legal research and writing.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Licensing: Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
  • Personal Traits: Diligent, persuasive, and capable of managing complex litigation matters with minimal supervision.
