- Experience in documentation and control of moderately high volume manufacturing
- Knowledge in structured problem solving methods such as RCA, 8D, lean, 6 sigma
- Familiarity with chemical processes and its associated documentation is preferred
- Quality certifications such as a CQE or CQA are a plus but not required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop quality control systems to handle non-conformances and track corrective actions
- Develop first article inspection protocols and procedures
- Develop / maintain a calibration system
- Manage and support documentation control as the primary approval participant
- Work with engineers to write standard operating procedures and quality documents
- Create the foundations for document control in engineering department
- Create and manage the workflow of approvals and changes to process documentation
- Employ MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) on existing and new test methods
- Review prototype production quality data to ensure compliance to specifications
- Work with engineers and scientists to establish the internal quality standard for Alsym
