What your future day will look like:

  • Perform daily and monthly reconciliations with Asset Custodians, including trades and income postings.
  • Perform account reconciliation and balancing within specified timelines, and conduct semi-annual vault audits of assets in coordination with Trust Services.
  • Establish new accounts, coordinate asset transfers, close accounts, upload statements and update client information in the Trust Accounting System.
  • Process client payables, prepare and distribute checks, wires, and ACHs, handle distribution requests and monitor sweep accounts.
  • Prepare and update various reports, maintain account forms, scan and index documents, and manage the Client Portal, including user support.
  • Deposit checks, process electronic contributions, manage the group email inbox, and respond to requests as needed.
  • Complete additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and business needs.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to pass background and credit check
  • High School diploma required
  • Advanced Excel experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in trust services or brokerage preferred
