What You Will Be Doing

  • Preventative Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
    • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues on production equipment
    • Update maintenance records and ensure equipment reliability to minimize downtime
  • Maintenance Documentation and Equipment Reliability:
    • Update maintenance records with repair status to track equipment history.
    • Ensure equipment reliability to optimize production and minimize downtime.
  • Sheet Metal Fabrication:
    • Fabricate and assemble HVAC sheet metal fittings.
  • Support Engineering and Equipment Upgrades:
    • Assist engineering with equipment installation and start-up.
    • Perform equipment upgrades as directed by engineering.
What You Need for this Position

5+ Years of Electro-Mechanical Maintenance in an Industrial Manufacturing setting, in addition to:

  • Ability to read Schematics/blueprints
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
  • Exposure to Pneumatics and hydraulic components
  • PLC & HMIs, Servo Motors and Robotics
  • Main and low voltage components
  • Mechanical components: gearboxes, punches, actuators and conveyors
