Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect with extensive experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and overall Salesforce implementation expertise. As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions for our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, leveraging Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce best practices, solution design, and implementation strategies.
• Develop comprehensive solution architectures, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements.
• Lead and mentor development teams in the implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to implementation and deployment.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients on Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends, incorporating them into solution designs as appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and system administrators to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices and standards within the organization, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, with a focus on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and overall Salesforce implementation expertise.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including custom development, configuration, and integration options.
• Experience with Salesforce landscape architecture, including multi-cloud implementations and hybrid solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about business challenges and solutions.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
