CDW has an excellent, remote, opportunity for a strong MicroSoft Systems Engineer. The role is responsible for the administration of Microsoft on-premises, Azure and 365 environments. This person will work closely with all Information Technology team members and technology partners.

Responsibilities:

• Support organization and Technology Infrastructure team in daily technology operations, focusing on systems and network aspects.
• Administer Microsoft on-premises, Azure, and 365 environments, including network devices, systems, servers, and connectivity.
• Manage IT Infrastructure projects, collaborating with IT team members, vendors, and divisions,

Required experience:

• 5-10 year of Systems Engineering specializing in MicroSoft technologies
• Experience in corporate cross-functional team support.
• Microsoft Directory services expertise (on-prem and cloud).
• Experience with Mimecast / Spam filtering
• Active Directory, Windows server, and desktop administration.
• Server scalability management.
• Knowledge of Cisco Catalyst switches, routers, firewalls familiarity.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• ITIL concepts understanding.

Desired Skills:

• Willingness to learn and support multiple systems.
• Microsoft Administration certification.
• Groupware/email platforms support experience.
• Understanding of Platform/Infrastructure-as-a-service models.
