The Sr Data Analyst plays a crucial role in advancing the growth and success of the clients internal data marketplace. This position entails performing detailed data analysis, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborating with cross-functional teams on marketplace projects. Strong analytical abilities, proficiency with relevant data analysis tools, and effective communication skills are essential for conveying insights to the Marketplace Lead and other stakeholders. The Sr Data Analyst also ensures the quality and performance standards of marketplace content.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or, in lieu of a degree, at least 6 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role.
  • Related certifications (e.g., CAP, DASCA) are preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
  • Familiarity with marketplace data connectivity, collection, and distribution technologies.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as JAVA, SQL, Python, and R.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Examine marketplace data, customer behavior, and product performance to uncover trends and areas needing improvement.
  • Track and report on marketplace KPIs, providing regular updates to the Marketplace Lead and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to facilitate the successful implementation of data products.
  • Support content provisioning and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data across the marketplace.
