Role Overview:

This hybrid role combines the strategic insights of a Business Analyst with the customer-centric focus of a Customer Experience Specialist. You will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our technical teams and customer experience efforts, utilizing your deep understanding of the telecom industry and cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer interactions and drive operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Analysis & Customer Insight: Conduct comprehensive analyses of customer interaction data across multiple platforms to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities within the customer journey.
  • Technical Collaboration & Solution Design: Collaborate closely with technical and customer experience teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable customer engagement strategies.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Facilitate brainstorming and strategy sessions with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and align with business goals.
  • Product Development Support: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to support product development and enhancement initiatives, ensuring that solutions are customer-focused and technologically advanced.
  • Performance Metrics & Impact Assessment: Develop and maintain key metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies and business solutions, making data-driven recommendations for further improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and customer experience enhancements.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: Strong business acumen with proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into effective action plans.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the telecom sector or a closely related industry, with a keen understanding of digital transformation and customer engagement challenges.
  • Collaborative Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of productive collaborations with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools, data analysis software, and the ability to handle complex requirement gathering and process mapping.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Experience: Direct experience in customer experience roles or digital transformation projects within the retail telecom industry.
  • Professional Certifications: Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP), Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master), Project Management (e.g., PMP), or Customer Experience Management (CXM).
  • Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or related fields.
