The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that elevate brand presence, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement. This position is instrumental in supporting the execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns that promote our products and services, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to contribute effectively to team efforts.


What you'll do:

  • Develop and refine marketing content, including presentations, brochures, case studies, and sales tools, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and resonance with target audiences, while upholding brand integrity and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of GTM strategies for new product launches, including positioning, distribution channels, and promotional plans.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Support the optimization of SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing channels while analyzing performance and staying current with trends to ensure competitiveness.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers while supporting the management and optimization of lead nurturing campaigns to advance leads through the sales funnel.
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional media channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide recommendations to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand awareness and generate leads, while supporting the development of strategies to maximize ROI, coordinating logistics and vendor relationships, overseeing event materials and presentations, and analyzing performance for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Support market research efforts to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, assist in developing marketing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and implement engagement initiatives that leverage customer feedback to refine strategies and drive product development.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals.


About you:

  • In-depth understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of branding, content development, and GTM strategies.
  • Expertise in lead generation, demand generation, and public relations.
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and customer insights analysis.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems).


What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Creative Skills: An eye for design and basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
