As we grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team and drive excellence in our supply chain operations.



Position Overview: As the Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and superior customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain activities, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in supply chain management within the manufacturing industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize the supply chain operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Lead procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management to ensure cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, and optimization to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Manage logistics and distribution activities, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall supply chain performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management within the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and processes, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and other supply chain management software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
