Summary of Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide critical support to our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and various business units. Your efforts will ensure a smooth hiring process and a best-in-class candidate experience. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive success in recruitment and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling on-site and virtual interviews.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication.
  • Coordinate recruitment needs with Hiring Managers/teams, including interviews and debriefing sessions.
  • Create and send offer letters and associated documents.
  • Greet and escort candidates during on-site interview panels.
  • Initiate and monitor pre-employment background and drug tests.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to provide onboarding support.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
  • Follow up on pending job requisitions to ensure timely approval and posting.
  • Maintain contact with candidates ahead of their start date to ensure they have necessary information.
  • Demonstrate great technical insight and ability to learn new systems and technology.
  • Perform other administrative support as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar HR role.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound judgment to know when to manage through or escalate decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple individuals or teams.
