OneTouch Direct is looking for an Agent Recruiting Ambassador that has call center recruiting experience and a passion for creating a great onboarding experience for all new hires.

The desire and ability to personally connect with new employees and form meaningful relationships is a must. In addition to hiring and following new employees thru the onboarding process, this person will spend time in training classes, participate in focus groups, and be a continuous source of support to all new agents. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who loves people and loves inspiring people to be their best.

Requirements

  • Responsible for conducting interviews and identifying quality candidates to hit hiring targets and goals
  • Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Make powerful connections with new hires and provide continuous support and encouragement
  • Mentoring new hires throughout their initial journey
  • Spend time in training classes and have daily check- in's with agents to build relationships
  • Coordinate all transitions between departments
  • Create a positive candidate experience for all applicants
  • Must be energetic, charismatic and approachable with strong networking skills
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace while handling a high volume of candidates
  • Partner with ER team and Operations to define recruitment needs and identify recruitment strategies that align with the overall business strategy
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Must have 2+ Years recruiting experience
  • 1-2+ years mentoring and development experience is an asset

Position Type: Full-Time, On Site
