Workstation Operator

Pay Rate/Salary: $18.49 to $25.02

Location: Lodi *No relocation offered

Schedule: Monday 11 am to 7:30 and Tuesday-Friday 12 to 7:30 pm

Job Description:

Image Workstation Operator II is responsible for the daily processing of incoming checks from other institutions and over-the-counter work.

Job Duties:

• Provide excellent service to customers by accurately and efficiently processing transactions
• Assist in resolving routine and complex IP issues including out-of-balance transactions
• Verify and clear branches for release
• Assist in researching and processing adjustments internally
• Efficiently sort and process lockbox payment transactions as needed
• Help identify process improvements and assist with revising departmental procedure documentation as needed
• Competently utilize the Bank’s Image/IP systems and processes
• Help ensure all IP equipment is well-maintained and operational

Education:

HS Diploma or equivalent

Qualifications:

1. 1-2+ years’ previous experience with image/IP systems and processes at a financial institution preferred
2. Ability to use 10-key equipment at 10,000 strokes per hour with an error rate of less than 1%
3. Successful completion of a credit history check
