Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Lackawanna, NY. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the overall operations of the store. The Assistant Manager will provide superior sales and customer service, manage inventory, handle cash, and assist the store manager in recruiting, training, and scheduling store personnel.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a retail management role
  • Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales and manage inventory
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with fashion and apparel is a plus
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
