Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Description:
M is Good is currently searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, must demonstrate knowledge of current digital and traditional marketing media, and be able to communicate well in person, in writing, and with co-workers.

Responsibilities
- Understanding how SEO tactics work to attract and engage prospects that closely match our target market segments via organic search on Google and Bing
- Track, analyze, and report out to clients how each website initiative, PPC campaign, and marketing channel is working to achieve the stated goals and objectives.
- Suggest and implement the next steps or campaign ideas based on this data analysis for continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the Marketing Team to ensure all content is optimized and consistent across all platforms and user experiences.
- Knowledge of the digital marketing journey (aka customer journey)
- Experience with, or willing to learn, copywriting.
Digital Marketing Specialist Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience working with digital and/or online tools such as customer relationship manager (CRM), content management system (CMS), Online Analytics, SEO tools, and/or advertising platforms.
- Experience logging into and making minor edits on WordPress and/or Shopify
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to make small graphic design changes
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience overseeing the creation of collateral, delivering the content, running campaigns, and/or related marketing actions.
- Able to work in an entrepreneurial/ small business environment.
- Willing to contribute to an energetic team.
- A history of successful product marketing and/or marketing communications.
- Ready to wear multiple hats and switch context easily.
- Possess proven marketing tactical, analytical, and implementation skills.
- Willing to experience Christian marketing online/cloud/digital offerings
- Interested in thinking of paid ad campaigns/strategies for Facebook ads, Instagram ads, Youtube ads, Google AdWords, etc.
- Help set and meet performance indicators for SEO, PPC, and social media which complement overall marketing and advance business objectives.
