  • Serve as the main point of contact for projects involving operational efficiency for the Investment Operations organization
  • Utilize knowledge of Investment Management Accounting & Operations processes and tools in order to identify best practices and encourage change adoption
  • Gather requirements, documentation, and develop use cases
  • Document process workflows and diagrams
  • Execute all aspects of projects assigned
  • Develop training plan and user acceptance
  • Advise and present to senior executive level stakeholders on a regular basis


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing large scale projects for the Investment Operations, Accounting, or Technology group within an Alternative Asset Manager
  • Experience with process and technology integrations
  • Domain knowledge of Private Credit, Real Estate, and/or Private Equity
  • Proven ability to understand upstream and downstream impact on technological and process changes
  • Highly detail oriented, concise, and thorough
  • Excellent written and oral communication with both Business Stakeholders and Technical Teams
  • Bachelors Degree completed
