ARK Drug Plastics, LLC is a Pharmaceutical Plastic manufacturing company. ARK Drug Plastics, LLC is looking for quality Injection molding Operator to join our team

* Candidates with previous experience in Bottle/Cap production/ manufacturing settings are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities/duties:

  • Responsible for running stretch blow molding machines.
  • Responsible for bringing machine up from a cold condition to a full production operation ensuring the container meets quality specifications.
  • Responsible for keeping up resin loading and watching dryers on machines.
  • The load and clean between color changes in mold machines.
  • Audits and records process changes to help maintain the highest level of efficient operation.
  • Maintain process control books/sheets in an organized manner.
  • Performs hourly bottle weight checks to insure we are at the correct weight.
  • Responsible for quality checks and machine adjustments and associated documentation of those changes.
  • Responsible for daily production records and quality control records for all lines assigned to operate.
  • Ability to use basic hand tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

  • Experience with plastic packaging machines and injection molding machines and blow molding machines (Mandatory Requirement)
  • Must have heavy equipment manufacturing plant experience. (REQUIRED)
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
