KU Resources Inc. is looking for a skilled and licensed Professional Land Surveyor to oversee our survey team. This position will require the surveyor to be in responsible charge of survey staff and oversee survey related activities. Duties will at minimum include interaction with clients, quotation for work, preparation of proposals, along with the preparation of various documents including boundary and/or topographical surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, subdivision plans, easement exhibits, creating legal descriptions, managing survey projects, supervising survey staff, as well as technological and professional direction.

Description:

· Have and maintain a Pennsylvania Professional Land Survey License.

· Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License

· Oversight of and manage land surveying projects from initial client contact to completion, while establishing and adhering to project timelines and budgets.

· Ensure that all land surveys comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards as applicable.

· Implement a supportive and collaborative team environment that encourages professional development and skill development.

· Develop and implement quality control measures to verify the accuracy and completeness of survey data.

· Track and maintain organized and detailed records of project documents, field information and notes, as well as survey computations.

· Excellent communication with clients, staff, and government agencies as to project scope, budget, and time frame to promote exceptional service and professionalism.

· Conduct topographic, property boundary, asbuilt surveys, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys.

· Provide guidance and instruction on current surveying technology, equipment, and methods including future advancements and direction in the industry.

· Gather and conduct the collection of survey data and title information along with other applicable information.

· Interpret and analyze the collected data and information to determine property boundary solutions and locations and/or affect of easements on the same.

· Prepare and review survey plans, legal descriptions, exhibits, and other documents that may be required by clients, company staff, and/or regulatory agencies.

· Salary: $80,000 to $110,000/year
