eNGINE is hiring a Business Analyst to support our customer, a global financial institution with offices in downtown Pittsburgh. This person will be part of a team that manages ServiceNow across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with various business areas to improve their usage of ServiceNow. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing blockers, suggesting operation improvements, and gathering/writing requirements in a cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in the ServiceNow Platform (5+ years of experience)
  • Knowledge of ITSM; CMDB/CSDM data models
  • 8+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Familiarity with agile processes and methodology
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
