We are looking for Injection Manager:


  • Responsible for developing and executing injection manufacturing processes in accordance with HSE and Energy regulations, customer expectations, and plant goals to achieve optimal performance against key performance indicators.
  • Provides guidance and support to team leaders to enhance shift efficiency.
  • Implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and growth of the Injection Moulding process.
  • Accountable for managing the IMS process, including process audits, KPI management, procedure updates, and corrective actions. Focuses on 12 specific IPIs in the injection area and OEE Moulding.
  • Ensures compliance with Corporate and Division HSE and Energy guidelines. Oversees production to meet customer specifications.
  • Contributes to plant improvement plans by engaging staff in specific follow-up activities. Leads daily production meetings, adjusts resources as needed, and ensures effectiveness of corrective actions.
  • Participates in monthly unit meetings to plan short and medium-term organizational strategies, including new product launches.
  • Manages internal organization of the injection area and team development according to department and project needs.
  • Maintains high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in the injection area.
  • Develops operating budgets and ensures adherence to agreed upon budgets.
  • Additionally, supports new program development with Program development team and participates in Injection moulding assessments.


Skills:


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering

- Specialization in engineering plastics preferred

- Knowledge of quality management and supply chain best practices

- Minimum 5 years of experience in industries with high-quality standards and complex supply chains

- Experience managing large production equipment, creating SOPs, implementing process improvements, and analyzing failures.
