Notably, the company achieved one of Canada’s first LEAN construction projects, completing an 18,000 sq. ft. high-profile retail space renovation in just 15 days. In the past decade, Axxys has expanded into Residential Development, emphasizing impeccable finishes and detail-oriented construction.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, for a Recruiter at Axxys Construction Group. The Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts with relevant parties. This role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, building a pipeline of talent for future opportunities, and staying informed about industry hiring trends to develop effective recruitment strategies.QualificationsProven expertise( 5-7 years) in talent sourcing, interviewing, and applying recruitment techniques.Strong understanding of workforce planning and collaboration with hiring managers.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and team interactions.Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ADP.Familiarity with recruitment for the construction or development industry is an asset.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
