Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Must have 6-7 years of Hands-on experience Palo-Alto Firewall, PA Panoroma

• In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto products (NGFW, Panorama, GlobalProtect, WildFire, etc.).

• Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and security concepts (firewalling, VPNs, encryption, etc.).

• Familiarity with enterprise network environments and related technologies (switches, routers, VLANs).

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Relevant certifications like **PCNSA** (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Administrator) or **PCNSE** (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer).

• Good Communication skills and Open to work in 24*7 environment.


Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure Palo Alto firewalls, including policies, NAT rules, VPNs, and other security features.

• Deploy firewalls in enterprise networks, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to best practices.

• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies to protect networks from threats.

• Fine-tune policies to balance security and performance.

• Diagnose and resolve connectivity and configuration issues in the firewall environment.

• Perform root cause analysis for recurring security or connectivity issues.

• Maintain detailed documentation of firewall configurations, change logs, and standard operating procedures.

• Apply firmware updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain security and feature availability.

Education

• Engineering Degree or equivalent technical degree certificate.

• Must have completed either PCNSA** (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Administrator) or **PCNSE** (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer) certification.
