Job Title: Citrix Administrator - Infrastructure Project Support

Location: Miami FL- Remote

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Citrix Administrator to join our team and provide support for a critical infrastructure project within our organization. As a Citrix Administrator, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Citrix solutions to support our project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and define Citrix infrastructure specifications.
  • Design, configure, and deploy Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments to meet project requirements.
  • Perform Citrix server installations, upgrades, and patch management activities.
  • Configure and optimize Citrix policies, profiles, and resource allocation settings for optimal performance and user experience.
  • Monitor Citrix server health, performance, and security to ensure system reliability and availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues, including user connectivity problems, application performance issues, and system errors.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and project team members as needed.
  • Document Citrix infrastructure configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to integrate Citrix solutions with existing systems and applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Citrix administration, including design, implementation, and support of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.
  • Citrix certification (e.g., CCA-V, CCP-V, CCE-V) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop architecture, components, and best practices.
  • Experience with Citrix provisioning services (PVS), Citrix StoreFront, and Citrix NetScaler ADC.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project stakeholders and team members.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects and supporting Fortune 500 organizations is a plus.
