This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned construction leader who thrives managing large teams and delivering complex, high-profile builds.About the Role:The Senior Superintendent will oversee field operations on landmark projects exceeding $100M. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record delivering major commercial, K-12, and healthcare projects within the Bay Area. Experience working on DSA or OSHPD projects is a significant advantage.What You’ll Lead:Full on-site supervision of large-scale construction projects from groundbreaking through closeoutManagement and mentorship of field teams, trade partners, and project support staffCoordination with project management, owners, architects, and consultants to maintain schedule, safety, and quality standardsOverseeing site logistics, sequencing, inspections, and problem-solving in real timeEnsuring all work adheres to local code, DSA/OSHPD requirements, and company standardsWhat We’re Looking For:Multiple years of experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent delivering $100M+ projectsStrong background in commercial, public K-12, and hospital/healthcare constructionDemonstrated success managing large field teams and complex construction operationsDSA or OSHPD experience is a major plusStrong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive collaboration on multifaceted projectsDeep familiarity with the Bay Area construction landscape, standards, and trade partnersWhy This Opportunity:You’ll be joining a highly respected national GC known for delivering iconic projects and investing in their people.
