Structural Engineer

LHH is seeking an Structural Engineer (Supervisor) for their growing client in Grapeland, TX. This role will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Engineers and overseeing capital projects. Tons of professional growth opportunity is available

Compensation includes a base salary of $110K-$140K + bonus up to 15% of base. M/D/V insurance, profit sharing, 401K, and PTO is available. Comprehensive relocation package to Grapeland is available.***

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Engineers and Business Development Representatives, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including owners, developers, architects, engineers, and other potential partners.
• Drive business development efforts for VVG, focusing on areas like sustainability, new product introductions, and regional accounts.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities for Vulcraft and Nucor to deliver market-driven solutions.
• Oversee major project strategies, ensuring effective collaboration across divisions, groups, and the enterprise.
• Support the Sales Manager in overseeing all commercial aspects of the business and step in when needed.
• Mentor and develop the sales team, providing guidance to ensure their success..

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE)
• Minimum two years experience in a supervisory role
