What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of electrical contractors and subcontractors
  • Review and approve project designs, drawings, and specifications
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
  • Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure adherence to budget
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, contract administration, and construction management principles
  • Proficiency in using project management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Prolog, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with system design for electrical installations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Experience with Accubid is required
